The history and practice of Oracle Construction has always been to work within a “Team” along with the Architect/Owner to achieve the mutual goal of a successful project. The team that we assemble will provide the organization a quality contractor with all the required resources to perform the scope of work within the allotted time frame.

CLIENT SERVICE
Client Service is our primary goal. We believe one of the best ways to serve our client’s long term interests is by being able to grow and adapt with them. Oracle Construction offers a unique, single-source combination of products that allows our clients to move effectively manage their construction schedules and coordinate manpower, material and equipment.
Moreover, we build all types of commercial, residential to manufacturing buildings. As a full service operation, Oracle Construction is structured to be an integral part of each project. We have the flexibility and capabilities necessary to respond to any mounting need of every particular construction endeavor. Our Project Managers are up-to-date with current innovations in architecture, engineering, and construction materials, as well as incorporating a regiment of constantly changing local and state building codes, variances and tax abatement programs. To lower costs expenses, and accelerate construction time, the company owns and operates an on-site steelwork shop. Many of our steel jobs are done by our experienced steelworkers, which enables us to cut construction costs which we then forward to our customers.
OUR TEAM
Each Project we undertake has a project team assigned from its inception to its completion. Each team utilizes computerized, networked scheduling, cost control and administration systems that enable us to have instant access to critical job information. This technology allows us to answer our client’s inquiries, and immediately resolve any problems that may arise.
Our Project Manager (PM) is the primary point of contact between the organization and the construction team on all administrative matters. Our PM is always available to deal with situations on the organizations behalf both during and outside normal working hours. Cell and email for all key personnel will be made available to your designated authority at the onset of the project. The PM is responsible for scheduling, high-level project planning, submission of approvals package for the organizations review, and any directives altering the scope of work. For all changes the PM will issue paperwork outlining if there is any impact associated with the change. This chain and documentation provides an easily followed roadmap of the projects history. This method of construction management allows us to supervise and control many levels of repairs on various projects with relative ease.
Oracle Construction team of committed employees is unsurpassed in terms of quality and diversity. Hiring the absolute best job candidates for both office and field positions and training them regularly is integral to the development of our managers. Prospective project managers participate in a formal training program that subjects each candidate to a multitude of technical tasks. This program teaches a consistency in approach to create controls that ensure our projects are built right and on schedule. Each field manager is responsible for choosing and training new field manager candidates for the growth and continued long-term stability of our forces.
SAFETY
Our safety record speaks for itself, demonstrating our attention to detail, complying with all of OSHA’s safety requirements and fall protection programs. We are committed to safety on the job. We use only OSHA approved equipment, operated by drug-free, trained, and certified operators. We believe in the value of the following Basic Safety Principles for our employees and contractors:
- Believe that ALL accidents are preventable.
- Educate everyone to work safely and effectively.
- Empower everyone to anticipate hazards and maintain safe work methods on the jobsites.

In addition to the Basic Safety Principles, Oracle Construction continuously implements safety practices on the jobsite and throughout its organization with:
- Site Protection Plans – Prior to beginning work, this allows Oracle Construction employees to thoroughly survey the site and develop a work plan that integrates safety.
- Safety Personnel and Construction Managers –in the field daily to ensure that we provide the safest and most reliable project solutions.
- Effective Signs – Targeted to communicate a series of basic, yet important safety messages
- Education – Oracle Construction believes in educating our employees. We continue to develop innovative and safer work methods that continue to be recognized and used by our employees and contractors.
