Owner’s representative service is an extension of your manpower to manage the project’s day to day operations. As an owner’s representative, we represent and advise the owner starting from the very early stage of the project. Different stages of the project covered by this service include designing, pre construction, permitting, bidding, commissioning, and certain stages of occupancy.

While we function as the owner’s representative, all the decision making authority remains with the project owner. As your representative, we interface with all the members of the project team, tracking different issues and facilitating solutions. We assume complete responsibility in order to maintain a concise and clear communication, and accurate records throughout the different phases of the project.

Our owner’s representative services include a wide range of tasks covering project management, design phase, bidding phase, construction phase, and final acceptance/move-in.
