As a full service contractor we are committed to providing the client with a wide range of services and expert advice necessary for them to make informed decisions that best suit their needs. Our services include project planning, project management, design build, cost benefit studies, project budgeting, plans and specification review, scheduling, estimating, pricing pre-design projects and maintenance services.

The wide range of services listed below are provided throughout all phases of projects and are performed by highly trained representatives with diverse capabilities from each one of our specialized divisions.

  • Evaluate completeness of plans and specifications
  • Review architectural, structural, electrical and mechanical systems for adequacy of client goals
  • Pre-construction survey of site and conditions
  • Review all project documents and correspondence
  • Assess the quality of construction material for scope of work
  • Develop over-all project schedule and establish goals
  • Subcontractor selections and prepare contracts
  • Coordinate and facilitate the responsibilities of project team members to preserve accountability
  • Weekly meetings with client, architect, engineer and subcontractors to discuss the status of the project, any changes that may occur and coordinate upcoming phases of the project. We issue all parties meeting minutes along with follow-up actions that were taken as a result of the meeting
  • Provide valued ideas for project cost savings
  • Submit monthly certificate of payment and release documents to verify subcontractors request for payment based on the observed percentage of project completed
  • Oversee project close-out procedures

Oracle Construction is committed to providing the owner with the input necessary to make informed decisions. Early in the process we work with the project designers to evaluate mechanical, electrical and structural systems including cost/benefit studies. We continue to support the owner in the design process by providing intermediate estimates and avoiding costly redesigns. As part of the development team, our goal is to provide clients with a quality project at the most efficient cost.

In the construction phase, our strong management skills keep the owner and his representatives involved in the process through progress meetings. As the project progresses, we monitor all design decisions with the owner’s consultants and strive to avoid potential problems or unnecessary changes.

We understand the owner’s financial obligations and the need to have tenants occupy as expeditiously as possible. As part of our pre-construction service we will provide “up front” construction schedules and make every effort to meet the project deadlines.

We are here for the long term. Upon completing the project, we continue to assist the owner and the management company with the necessary support to get the project up and running, including assistance with mechanical start-ups and service agreements.
